The FLCS Process

  • To ensure a smooth and successful implementation, we follow a comprehensive approach that includes thorough planning and design before deployment.We provide joint co-testing units configured specifically for your needs through loaner models, allowing you to test and confirm their suitability before final deployment. Additionally, we create a scheduling refresh plan to maintain optimal performance over time.

  • Our streamlined procurement system simplifies equipment acquisition at every stage. With a few clicks, users can procure pre-approved models. For customised requests, an automated or dynamic approval workflow leverages a predefined approval matrix for efficient processing.Additionally, our 24/7 ePortal service provides constant access. The system also automatically generates audit trails and maintains pre-approved transaction history for each approval level, eliminating the use of paper and fostering a "Go Green" approach.

  • Following equipment procurement, our comprehensive deployment process ensures a smooth transition. This includes pre-deployment tasks like system out-of-the-box (SOE) imaging and post-configuration for optimal performance. We also handle asset tagging with RFID for easy identification and tracking.Next, our team schedules on-site deployment, along with data transfer for a seamless experience. To ensure user familiarity with your new equipment, we facilitate user testing through eUAT (electronic User Acceptance Testing) and eLOU (electronic Limited Operational Use) acknowledgments. Finally, we ensure the success of the transition by providing you with comprehensive support for seven days, following equipment acceptance.

  • Break-fix support services based on service level agreements (SLAs) for prompt and reliable issue resolution.
  • Regular preventive maintenance to proactively identify and address potential problems, ensuring your devices operate efficiently.
  • Participation in emergency exercises to maintain preparedness and minimise downtime during unexpected situations.
  • Yearly wall-to-wall inventory checks to ensure accurate asset tracking and management.
  • Ongoing service level management and review to continuously optimise the effectiveness of our support services.
  • Participation in bi-weekly OPS and EUC meetings for collaborative communication and proactive planning. This holistic approach ensures your equipment operates optimally and minimises disruptions to your business.

  • Our proactive approach to equipment refresh ensures the process is smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. We begin by identifying equipment nearing their end-of-life cycle and schedule replacements based on agreed-upon timelines.Our team seamlessly handles the deployment of new equipment, while retiring and securely disposing of old models in accordance with established refresh life cycles. Throughout the process, we provide daily progress updates to keep you informed, every step of the way.
