To improve the efficiency and productivity of the client’s logistics tender bidding process, a bespoke application was developed. With an automated system, data and communications flow were improved, enabling easier access and retrieval of consolidated information and bidding information from various sources of inputs, which help the client in the decision-making process.
The manual process of relying heavily on manual Microsoft Excel template and email communications, which was tedious and prone to errors, were replaced with the solution. It has increased staff efficiency, productivity and minimized human mistakes. In addition, CTC Global has equipped the client with custom charts that aided in visualization and their decision-making process.
